LTL Shipping
We palletize and band totes for standard 96/102-inch LTL trailers. NMFC class 150 or 175 depending on contents. We handle all BOL preparation — you just confirm the delivery address and appointment window.
Full Truckload
A standard 48-ft dry van holds 40 IBC totes in two rows of 20. Our best per-unit rate and fastest dock-to-dock time for large orders. We schedule to your receiving dock on your timeline.
Empties Backhaul
We back-haul reusable empties on the same return routes at no extra freight cost for the collection leg. You hand them over; we handle the rest. Fewer empty miles, lower cost, less carbon.
Illinois-First Routes
We run weekly routes across Central and Northern Illinois plus regular runs to the Chicago metro, St. Louis corridor and Indianapolis. Email your ZIP and we'll confirm route and lead time.
No surprise accessorial fees. Every freight cost is quoted in writing before you place the order — fuel surcharges, liftgate, residential delivery and inside delivery are addressed in the quote, not added at invoicing.

What documentation ships with a wholesale lot?
Every reconditioned unit carries a prior-contents log and grade tag. Food-grade lots include the sanitizing record. On request we provide a lot-level COA, chain-of-custody form and UN certification copy for regulated cargo.
Can we set up Net-30 terms?
Net-30 is available on approved commercial accounts. First orders typically ship on prepay by ACH or wire; we review terms after the first delivery. Email us your business details and we'll set up an account.
Do you offer private-label or unbranded documentation?
Yes — resellers and distributors can request unbranded grade docs and custom cage tags. Ask about private-label options when you request a wholesale quote.
How far in advance should we book a standing order?
Two to four weeks lead time for the first scheduled delivery; after that the route locks in. For seasonal spikes (planting season, harvest, Q4 production) give us 4–6 weeks so we pre-stage inventory.
